On August 18, 2006, Journey Herbeck of the Greengrants staff in Boulder interviewed Nelda Hidalgo Sanchez, Greengrants’ new coordinator for Central America. Nelda, a sociologist from Nicaragua, has a wealth of experience related to rural development.
